SMS Messaging Policy

CAJA305 is a point-of-sale and inventory system for small shops and the distributors that supply them, used from a browser at caja305.com. This page describes every text message the system sends, who receives it, how that person agreed to receive it, and how they stop it.

Summary. Text messages are sent only to people who gave their number for that purpose. Marketing texts are sent only to customers who also ticked a consent box, never more than four in 30 days, and only between 9 AM and 9 PM shop time. Every message starts with the name of the business that sends it. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

1 Who sends these messages

CAJA305 is operated by ROIZ Growth Partners LLC, Miami, Florida, United States. Each shop and each distributor using CAJA305 is a separate business, and messages are sent by that business to its own customers, staff and vendors, through CAJA305.

A business that has not connected a phone of its own sends through the CAJA305 phone number. Those messages start with the business's name (for example “Farm Stores: …”) so the person always knows who is writing.

Contact: contact@roizpartners.com.

2 What we send, and to whom

Verification codes, receipts, join links, purchase orders and business alerts are sent because the person asked for that specific thing or works for that business. Offers and reminders are the only marketing messages, and they require the separate consent described below.

3 How someone agrees to receive messages

A customer joins a shop's rewards from a form on that shop's own page at <shop>.caja305.com/unirse/, or by giving their details at the till. The form asks for the mobile number and shows a separate, unticked box with this text:

Text me offers and reminders from <shop> (up to 4 a month). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Not required to join or to buy. SMS policy.

The box is optional: a customer can join without ticking it, and then receives no marketing messages. When it is ticked, CAJA305 records the date and time of the consent against that customer, and that record is what authorises any later marketing message. A customer who never agreed is never sent one.

Staff numbers for codes and alerts, and vendor numbers for purchase orders, are entered by the business itself, for that purpose.

4 How to stop them

Reply STOP to any message (also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT, or BAJA in Spanish). We confirm it with one last message, and from then on the number receives nothing from CAJA305 — from any business — except a sign-in code that the person asks for themselves. CAJA305 keeps the opt-out and blocks the number at the moment of sending, so it cannot be re-added by an import or by a member of staff: only the person can, by replying START.

Reply HELP and we answer with who is writing and how to stop the messages. You can also write to contact@roizpartners.com, or ask the shop directly to remove your number.

Message and data rates may apply. How often messages arrive depends on the business and on the kind of message, as described in section 2.

5 What happens to the number

We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share consent to receive text messages with anyone. No mobile opt-in data and no consent record is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Numbers are held to run the business's own messages and are passed only to the carrier that delivers them. The full details are in our Privacy Policy, and the rules for the businesses that use the system are in our Terms of Service.

6 Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
